Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products (eBooks, PDF Guides, and Online Materials)
All digital products — including ebooks, diet guides, and workout plans — are non-refundable once delivered.
Since these items are downloadable and accessible immediately upon purchase, we cannot process returns or issue refunds after delivery.
If you experience any issue accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at edurefit@gmail.com, and we’ll make sure you receive your product correctly.
2. Customized Plans (Personalized Fitness or Diet Plans)
Our customized plans are carefully prepared by qualified nutritionists and certified trainers based on your goals, preferences, and health data.
Because these plans involve significant time and professional expertise, they are non-refundable once delivered.
However, we will:
- Make reasonable revisions or adjustments if the plan contains factual errors or missing information.
- Provide support via email or WhatsApp to help you apply your plan effectively.
If you believe an error occurred in the creation of your plan, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details so we can review and resolve it promptly.
3. Subscription or Coaching Services (If Applicable)
If you subscribe to ongoing coaching or plan updates:
- You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle.
- Payments for the current month or active plan period are non-refundable, as access and consultation begin immediately after purchase.
4. Incorrect or Duplicate Charges
If you are charged incorrectly or twice due to a technical error, contact us within 7 business days of the transaction.
Once verified, we’ll issue a refund or credit to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
